Adaptation is older than the original

Not exactly a problem, but I'd like to know how to handle this.

Italian Original version: 1981

German Adaptation: 1980

I've checked the research several times and this seems to be correct.

Well, it means that the German version is the original and the Italian version is the adaptation!

Out of curiosity, who performed the song in German in 1980?

That is maybe Zacar recorded the song in English (sort of), then it was adapted in German and later adapted in Italian.

Zacar is supposed to be an alias of Ciro Dammicco (one of the authors of Sharazan), although the cover of the single shows a "full band".
