It's vocal´. I have no other information tha what is on https://www.discogs.com/artist/52829-Axel-Force
A good example of why you have to be very careful submitting covers from these kind of compilations - I found a release of this five years earlier, and even them I'm not particularly confident that it is the first release of this cover.

that is ok. I just use my submissions to let the editors know that this particular cover version exists and document their existence. If I find the earliest release (which I try), ok, if not, then this is just a reference for future work to be done, but I leave it up to the editors to follow up. No offense, but that is just the amount of contribution I am able to provide here now.
