Thanks for this. There certainly are strong resemblances between this song and the Dylan original. However, Dylan is not credited in any of the copyright databases that I've checked. Do you have any official sources that link this to the Dylan original?

I had a look around and there are no official record of ownership, just a bunch of other people who noticed the same similarities. Including Joaquín Sabina, Mr. "Bob Dylan en castellano" himself. Who curiously covered No puedo enamorarme de ti for an Antonio Flores tribute.
So there you have it, I'm just slandering a gipsy and a poet who can no longer defend himself because he died young and in his prime. Case closed!
