I love the song, "Some Velvet Morning" by Lee Hazelwood and sung by him and Nancy Sinatra. as I remember, there was a single version played on the radio which seemed longer than the version off the tv show which is is inlcuded in the "Movin' With Nancy" and "lightning Girl" compilations.

As I remember the single played on the radio, there was at least a second verse, which went "Some velvet morning, when I rise . . ." I don't think my memory is playing tricks on me.

Where can I find this version now?

That line only exists at the end of the group of alternating song lines, just before the fadeout. There may be a second Hazlewood line after it IIRC, but no complete recorded verse. The second Hazlewood verse in the whole is just the first one repeated.

The song is timed at 3:45 in the original 45 and timed as 3:39 in a CD version of "Movin' With Nancy" so that part may be cut from current versions.
