Bug in Submission Edit Function

Just noticed this when editing the existing submission below....

The function opens an edit box and shows revisions at the bottom portion as expected. The problem is that when one adds text, the red "Submit" button gets pushed off the screen, and one cannot scroll down to see the text and button after it gets pushed down too far.

One can't move the box with a mouse either....

Matt... Sorry to keep pinging on this type of bug, but figure it's better to let you know.

I am unable to edit the submission below (I found some links when I couldn't before). I can edit the text as expected, but nothing happens when I hit the red "Submit" button. I can't close the box either. I eventually have to right-click the browser tab to close out the entire matter from my screen:

Still doesn't for me. I believe the problem is specific to this (and maybe a few other) posts and not general....

Update.... Weird. Did some testing and apparently it's a link that is causing the problem. If I try to post it there or here, it apparently freezes the tab. Just some play.google link.

Having issues with editing existing submissions again. I just tried to edit the submission below to add another link (also below) and cross-reference to a related submission (also below). To narrow the problem, I then tried to add just the new link and then just the cross-reference, neither worked:

Just tried to clean-up a generic, same problem:

The pop-up, edit box just freezes (e.g. can't hit the submit button or close). I had to close the tab in the browser....
