Tony Hatch/Jackie Trent cover

Dear all, I just entered a cover of By the Time I Get to Phoenix by the Swedish vocalist Towa Carson . This is the B-side of a 1968 single called Tack för att du älskar mej . The latter is a Tony Hatch / Jackie Trent work and I just do not recognize, which original work it is supposed to be linked to.

I am afraid I do not have the slightest inkling, which song I am listening to.
