Perhaps the editors have never considered the question or perhaps the performance is being treated as just a new arrangement; however, Lauper thought the difference significant enough to add an additional writing credit for Lolly Vegas from borrowing elements of Come and Get Your Love ....
My initial position is that this recording is properly treated as an adaption of "Girls Just Want" and "Come And Get". Since I doubt that the SHS system would let me make a submission under this position (as it would be rejected as a duplicate), I post here for comment.
Note that (based on the song title) (Hey Now) Girls Just Want to Have Fun is likely a cover of this adaption, though I have not researched that question.
