Olympic Fanfare (Bugler's Dream)

Here's another work that I would not be able to sufficiently research to submit as a new original/cover. As best I can determine it was composed by Leo Arnaud but was not only part of a larger work but also a derivative of an earlier song:

It was written by Arnauld, at least according to ASCAP.

I'm not entirely sure how we handle pieces that are parts of larger works.
