A track titled "Vivaldi Vs. Vertigo" was skipped when setting up Rock Symphonies by David Garrett …:

After listening I am assuming it's a mash/medley of Vertigo and some work by Antonio Vivaldi, mostly likely a portion of "The Four Seasons":

You're correct. That includes part of "Winter" from Four Seasons.

I'm not entirely sure how this would be classified - it's sort of a medley but not in the traditional sense. It uses the backing portions of "Vertigo" and part of the melody of "Winter".
