I'm stuck on three interesting foreign-language adaptations on Il Divo's new album, Timeless.
- Toi et moi, French adaptation of "The Way We Were".
- Que bonito es vivir, Spanish adaptation of "What a Wonderful World.
- Smile (Italian adaptation).
Any leads on the original versions of these or the lyricists would be much appreciated.

Yes - this is a good lead. It looks like it first appeared on Louvain's 1979 album, En harmonie. The problem is that on this album, Louvain is not credited as the lyricist, as far as I can see. How do you think we should handle?

Nice find. I found an earlier 1996 performance by Simone on 25 de Diciembre. Do you know who first recorded and released the Spanish-language version?

I doubt its the official Swiss Charts site and it's more or less the same site as the Belgium site. Check out the link on the left top corner, where you can change the country setting... Hope this helps !

The adaptation was penned by Andrea Bocelli himself, although the CD booklet omits the credit.
The same Italian lyrics version was recorded by Il Divo.
