I'm in over my head on this one. First the wiki for the original:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_You%27re_Happy_and_You_Know_It

The (assuming) Japanese adaption by Kyu Sakamoto was found on:

https://itunes.apple.com/au/album/the-best-of-kyu-sakamoto/1380877072

,,,, but the best candidate found for an original release is:

https://www.discogs.com/坂本-九-九ちゃんと歌おう/release/6713865

The additional missing/likely covers on that compilation are still under review as of this post....

There must be quite a few English versions too. I've just stumbled across one on Stories for Kids.

"If You're Happy and You Know It" is a very well known kids' song here in the US. Not sure about elsewhere.

The first line in the Wiki-link mentioned by VV says:

"If You're Happy and You Know It" is a popular repetitive children's and drinking song. The song has been noted for its similarities to "Molodejnaya" (="Youth"), a song appearing in the 1938 Soviet musical film Volga-Volga.

And a link on that wiki-link contains the following text:

Origin

Although its publication date in English is unknown, “If You’re Happy and You Know It” is believed to originate from a Latvian folk song. The tune resembles the song Molodejnaya, written for the Soviet film Volga-Volga(1938) by Isaak Dunayevsky. The rhyme commonly continues with additional, varying verses.

Here's a YT of the complete movie:

The song can be heard at 33 minutes and 30 seconds and again at 45 minutes and 32 seconds.

The actress singing the song is Lyubov Orlova.
