Since it wasn't added when the release was, perhaps it's an original, but sometimes covers are overlooked and there is the famous Harlem Nocturne …. Not being overly familiar regardless of fame, I wouldn't be able to spot through a highly rearranged performance and couldn't confirm after listening. Thoughts?

That's definitely the Harlem Nocturne you're thinking of. Having heard The Viscounts' version numerous times, I'm pretty familiar with the tune.
