"Easier Said Than Done" vs "I'll Believe It When I See It"

I'm going through the album The Answer to Everything - Girl Answer Songs of the 60s and filling in the gaps (I added quite a few of the songs last year but apparently missed some).

I'm not entirely sure if this counts as an adaptation or if the two just have very similar melodies.

"I'll Believe It..." is listed in BMI but the authors of "Easier..." aren't credited.
