"Polly Wog" written by Fowley and Poulter

Found another B. Bumble and The Stingers adaptation that's not on site. "Polly Wog" is an adaptation of Chopin's Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53 but I can't figure out who actually wrote it. The label credits "Fowley" and "Poulter", but an ISWC search doesn't turn up a song by that name (or "pollywog") written by a person with either name.

Chopin wrote the Polonaise. "Polly Wog" is not a straight cover though and I don't know who wrote the adaptation.
