Dutch cover of a Chris Andrews song..............

Ellis de Waal was a rather obscure Dutch vocalist in the 1960s. She recorded a few records, all of them containing covers and one of these is 'n Ander, released in 1964.

The A side is a cover of a Chris Andrews work, who at the time was famous for the songs he wrote for the British group The Roulettes and Sandie Shaw.

I do not recognize the song as sung by de Waal in the [[
video
|YouTube video]].

Anyone any idea?

Must have been the "first time" Chris had a hit with a song he wrote for "'n ander".
