"Should I Tie a Yellow Ribbon ..." (aka "The Answer") by Connie Francis

Stumbled across Should I Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree? today but I'm a bit confused on the credits. The label info points to the writers of the original song writing this one as well (they wrote the song on the B side and produced both recordings), but the PROs all credit Kazuya Senke in addition to Brown and Irvine. 45cat shows that the single was released in Japan, but it appears to have been an English version rather than a Japanese version.

Anyone able to help with this? I've credited Senke for now but I'm not sure we can believe the PROs here.
