"Reza del meliton" <> "Oye como va"

I was assigned the error report https://secondhandsongs.com/error-report/23468 of Reza del Meletón

I don't understand why "Oye como va" was put up as an adaptation of "Chanchullo" or "Rareza del melitón".

According to ISWC and GEMA, Tito Puente is the author and composer of "Oye como va", not Cachao, although to us both melodies seem similar.

Shouldn't the criteria of official sources be used?

In my opinion, the melodies are different.

Sharing is just a rhythmic basis.

Many pieces of the same genre can share a certain rhythmic cell and differ in their melody.
