Date of creation visible for CC's

Dear Certified Contributors,

As of today, you will be able to view the date of creation of the database entries (see attachment). This was already visible for editors, it's now extended to you.

Thanks Jeff for suggesting this, and Michael, VV and Jon for their constructive participation in the discussion.
