"E' Cha Cha" by Lopez

Just added the album Everybody Likes to Cha Cha Cha! and was able to add all but three tracks. One of the ones I couldn't add is known as "E' Cha Cha". The label credits someone named "Lopez" and says the author was affiliated with BMI at the time (which of course isn't much to go on given how common that last name is). Anyone recognize this?

Thanks for the info Jojo. I just assumed it was a cover like most of the other tracks on the album.
