There is a Geo H Sanders (IPI 00027491381) with 200+ registries on ASCAP and 100+ on ISRC. There is a film actor named George Henry Sanders (1906-1972) that we had credited for co-writing a 1941 song called "I'm Falling for You". I went to add a 1939 song I was shocked wasn't on SHS called "I'm a Little Teapot". The sheet music said Geo H. Sanders. and Discogs had some of the songs assigned to the Actor's page. So I looked on SHS and the same Geo H. Sanders in ASCAP wrote I'm Falling for You and I'm a Little Teapot. I had seen reference to a George Harold Sanders having written I'm a Little Teapot on the Wiki page for the song, and the actor was George Henry Sanders so I began to wonder if they weren't the same person. The actor was prolific in the latter 1930s and 1940s and I find it hard to believe he was composing all these songs concurrent with being a big film actor, but maybe he was. I have a feeling that Geo H. Sanders the songwriter is not the actor but I'm having a very difficult time locating info on who Geo H. Sanders was - which seems suprising given how many songs he's credited for. So I'm hoping one of you folks is smarter than me and can help in this endeavor. Searching George Harold Sanders just takes you to the I'm a Little Teapot which doesn't help as Geo H Sanders wrote many, many more songs than that.
