Original cast of "Il Trovatore"

Found a cover of Verdi's "Choro di zingari" (aka "Anvil Chorus") that was missing from a Glenn Miller tribute album on site. I added the song as well as Glenn Miller's version and the version from the tribute album.

The song originates in Verdi's 1853 opera Il trovatore and the premier date of that is easy to find. However, I can't find any info about who was involved with that performance. Can anyone find this info?

Somehow I missed that

The English Wikipedia article gives me most of the same info as the French one as far as I can tell, so I'll have to see which character(s) performed in the pieces we have on site (I added another one last night)
