I like the Revival tag concept, but with all such tags some objective criteria is needed in my view. The easiest measure would be no known covers during the previous x number of years followed by some y+ number of covers in the following z number of years.
Not sure what those numbers should be, but the no covers in the previous x number of years should likely be longer than 5?

Currently on site:
The previous known English cover is 1983
There's a Danish release in 1984
There's an Italian release in 1987
Or is this just a purely subjective tag?
Getting the equation right could make the tag automatic,
