Following several leads for a likely Swedish The Power of Love (Ängel I Natt) led me to the artist and release above. Could not get the autogen to pull for that track from that release, but I did from some compilation:

Currently, my position is more detailed as a tacked on personal note to a related error report:

This also resulted in my quickly sampling the tracks with the Tom Petty and Jimmy Webb credits, as those autogens did pull, but couldn't readily identify. Posting these leads here in case someone has an interest.

Couldn't find evidence for the Jimmy Webb cover, either.
