The cover of "Pop Goes the World" attributed to them is by another band called Barcelona out of Arlington, VA.

Good to provide sources, as you did, for the band. Do you have sources linking the Arlington band to the cover in question? And what about the other two covers linked to that band?

I deleted the picture of the Seattle band but cannot add a new picture as it's too small.

Arlington, VA is DC suburb so I think it's the same band.
