Can anyone confirm whether this is a cover of To su bili dani and not a separate work with the same name? The EP credits someone named Sreten Stevanović with the lyrics while the version on site is credited to Radmila Karaklajić.

The texts are different, even though my knowledge of these Slavic languages is extremely insufficient.
DeepL.com does not have all languages available, but the texts deal with different topics. Links to both texts:

If you translate the first one using DeepL, it recognizes the language as Slovenian and the result in English seems legit.

On the Discogs link, the lyrics are indeed credited to Sreten Stevanović
https://www.discogs.com/release/2401587-Nena-Ivo%C5%A1evi%C4%87-To-Su-Bili-Dani
On the official website of Nena we see the Serbian lyrics were written by Svetislav Vuković
https://www.nenaivosevic.com/singl-to-su-bili-dani/
And the arrangement is by Sreten Stevanović.
So, like Guido said, this is a different Serbian version of "To su bili dani".
BTW Oldiesmann I also have submitted the 3 other songs on this EP
