Mentioning users is the feature which allows to do this for example:
"heads up camembert electrique !" 😉
This feature used to be only available in the forum and in case(*) replies, but now you can also use it in case descriptions.
Example:
(*) By "cases" we mean submissions, error reports and edit reviews.
