Released in 1971 on his Lovejoy album, Albert King issued a song called "Corina Corina".

As I'm assuming it's a (lyrically slightly altered) cover of the original Corrine Corrina or a (lyrically slightly altered) cover of Bob Dylan's Corrina, Corrina, I was wondering how to add this to the database. Or should it be added as a separate adaptation of one of these two?!

Thanks for the feedback !

PS: I haven't been able to track down the credits for Albert King's version in the copyrights databases....

PS: Albert King's song was covered by John Primer on his Poor Man Blues - Chicago Blues Session - Volume 6 album.

I do believe that Albert King's song is a different song by the same name, Corina, Corina, not only the lyrics but the melody is different than the original blues song. According to discogs and wikipeida, AK song is written by Don NIx and since both lyrics and music different, I doubt it is an adaptation. I don't hear any similarity to the original.

And there's this from youtube:
