Problems with Soviet record label Апрелевский Завод]

What is wrong with the Russian label Апрелевский Завод.

It is definitely on site, but the system does not recognize the label whenever you want to attach a new release to it....................... Or define it as a parent label? For instance for SovSong

I wrote an error report to Mathieu, but am I the only one having problems here?
