Trying to sort out composing credits for this one, which is one of the songs parodied in The Four Preps' song "More Money for You and Me Medley" (currently on site but as a medley of the original works - I'm working on fixing that). The label credits Gene Roland. However, I can't find a work by that title credited to Roland in ASCAP, BMI or ISWC. GEMA does list it but also credits someone named Jacques Cascales. The credits for this autogen video also list Cascales as a composer, as does the label for the Dutch release.

You won't be able to find it in ISWC-Network because it doesn't have a ISWC-number.

Found some info on PRS, see the attachment.

Thanks. Since we have two PROs agreeing on the authorship (though I'm guessing GEMA got its info from PRS), I added Cascales as a writer/composer and added the GEMA work ID as well. Still have no idea who Cascales is/was though.

Jacques Cascales a pseudonym for Johnny Richards, who was the brother of big band leader Chuck Cabot and the brother of bass player Jack Adolph Cascales (né Juan Adolph Cascales; 1918–1975).

Thanks again Jojo. Johnny Richards was already on site so I merged my Jacques Cascales artist into his entry.
