Comments: Parody using the tune of "Pennies from Heaven" - Interestingly, the spoof turned up on several 1960s LPs of University A Cappella groups: The Yale Spizzwinks & Alleycats, The Stanford Street Singers & Mendicants, The Sazeracs, probably the oldest among them - Yet an older version was found on "Naughty Little Songs" by one Mickey Mann, privately pressed in Chicago 1950s.
