aka "Rabbit up a Gum Stump" or "Rabbit up a Pea Patch" American reel tune dating back to at least 1830 that is typically all instrumental but can be performed with some nonsense lyrics that reference a "Possum up a Gum Stump, Racoon (or Coon) in de holler". The possum can also be a rabbit and the gum stump can be a simmons tree.
