Tumbling Bones

Comments: Acoustic folk trio from Maine who play a mix of original compositions and traditional material drawing on bluegrass, pre-war folk, and a bit of contemporary rock ‘n’ roll. Founding members Pete Winne (guitar, foot percussion) and Jake Hoffman (banjo, upright bass) met when they were randomly assigned each other as freshman year college roommates. They formed Tumbling Bones in 2011. Songwriter and guitarist Kyle Morgan joined the group in early 2013.
