Need help identifying sample

Is anyone able to identify the song sampled at the very end of this track? It would be from sometime in 1983 - that's when this was released and all the other songs sampled in this are also from 1983. The only song with similar lyrics from that time that I've found is "Is This the End" by New Edition but that isn't it. The sample is repeated and too short for Shazam to identify.
