History
Was "West Coast Rap" even a thing in 1982? That seems way to early for the credited artists, including the featured vocalist indicated on that discogs link.
I'm not saying that you are wrong, just doesn't seem to reconcile with what we also know or believe. Also, had "Tainted" become so iconic by 1982 to have generated a rap/hip-hop cover?
A 1982 release is also mentioned in this book cataloguing hip-hop tracks. What to do?
My standard comment that performances like this one will likely be resubmitted resulting in duplicate efforts. Better to leave open....
