Thanks for your post, but it is not a question of grammar. The Rolling Stones spelt the title with a comma, therefore we have as well. Please see the picture at Paint It, Black.

This actually may be more a matter of the "song title" versus the "label title." A commonly accepted explanation for the comma is that it was a "stray" inadvertently (inexplicably?) placed on the label by Decca, and that the actual "original" title (per The Rolling Stones) did not contain the comma.
