How does one index medleys?

I just saw an entry under Twist and Shout for a medley in which the song was #2 or #3 in the medley; how does one properly go about entering cover versions if they are part of a medley? The T&S version I saw indexed was not listed under adaptations, but in the main part of the index with other straight versions. Thanks!

C'mon Everybody / Do You Wanna Dance / Twist & Shout / Do You Love Me

I'm not sure there is an official "right" way to submit a medley, but I will typically submit under the first song and note the others in the body of the submission.

Each performance is tied to one or more works (songs). With medleys, we simply enter it as a performance of all the works (in this case "C'mon Everybody", "Do You Wanna Dance", "Twist & Shout" and "Do You Love Me"). It is not considered an adaptation at all because it doesn't change the original works.
