    • Workflow

  • Guidelines

    • Any editor is free (and very welcome) to process as many user submissions as he wants, and to choose which one he wants to process.
    • All editors have to process at least 1 submission for every 275 performances they create, except if their submission processing rate is already higher than 2%. (NB: These are the parameters set on June 8th, 2020, they may have been tweaked since). These thresholds have been put in place in order to:
      • Clear some backlog.
      • Encourage positive interactions between editors and contributors.
    • Always use the "Create performance", "Create release" (if available) and "Create translation" (if applicable) buttons. This will link the database entry to the submitting user.
    • Linking overlooked submissions to database entries
    • Duplicate submissions
      • Process the oldest submission
      • Reject the newer submission + including a link to the older submission
    • Need info
      • When you request more information from a submitting user, please specify which piece of information is missing.
