Relevancy
- Only select visuals that are relevant to SHS, for example:
- Back cover
- B-side
- Inlay if it has relevant data like : Track list (if not available on back cover), Recording date, Location (if recorded live), collaborating artists, etc...
- Can be used for uploading visuals of a different issue, if the visuals of the issue in question aren't available. In that case, one must indicate in the attachment comments the different origin of the visual.
Digital releases
- Uploading a screenshot of the webpage where the release is being sold is compulsory
- Exempt from this rule are releases submitted with an external link to:
- Apple Music
- Amazon
- Bandcamp
- Mills Records
- Spotify
- If the internet page where it was sold is already offline, try to find it on archive.org.
