"Heaven" by Bryan Adams & ???

On the 11/30/03 episode of "Cold Case" on CBS, there was a cover version of the Bryan Adams song "Heaven" that played during the last couple of minutes of the show. It was sung by a female artist and was really a beautiful version ! Can someone PLEASE tel me who it was singing it ???

I've e-mailed CBS.com but I figure the odds of getting a reply are slim-to-none... :'(
