I've had similar problems, editing anything on my Profile page. Any edits don't seem to take. I'm attaching screen grab.

Just tested by attempting to add text to the "Personal text" field (which is currently empty):

Error!

Internal error - An exception occurred while executing 'INSERT INTO level (id, name) VALUES (?, ?)' with params [200, "Premium Member"]: SQLSTATE[23505]: Unique violation: 7 ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "level_pkey" DETAIL: Key (id)=(200) already exists.
