Here's something of a rarity for the editors to mull over....
It is my understanding that one of the few (if not only) songs performed during the The Partridge Family television series but never officially released was a song titled "Listen To The Sound" written by John Hill [1] .... Got curious if I could find it on some compilation, and no luck.
Started surfing around a bit more and found a likely earlier release by a 60/70s era band called Wool:
