Can anyone here confirm that Dore catalog number 693 was actually released? There's a couple of great covers on there by Dore regulars The Zanies (along with someone named "JIggles"), but 45cat, Discogs and both YouTube videos only show the promo copy.

Does Billboard count for anything? It's listed there in the Dec 21, 1963 issue as a "novelty spotlight".
