"Banks of the Ohio" by Major Bill Smith and Ray Hildebrand

Trying to find more info on this song from around 1971. PragueFrank says Hildebrand recorded and released it in 1971, and Discogs shows that Bobby Skel's version is also from 1971. I'm assuming Hildebrand's came first since he co-wrote it. The confusing thing though is that the PragueFrank discography lists the release on the Mandella label while Discogs shows it as being released on Le Cam.


Anyone have further details?
