"Juanita Banana Part II" - adaptation of "Habanera" or "El arreglito"?

Discovered tonight that The Peels recorded a followup to Juanita Banana, this time with the chorus being based on the familiar melody used in the "Habanera" from Bizet's opera [i]Carmen[/i]. However, given that the Carmen piece is itself based on another work, I'm thinking this should be based on that work rather than "Habanera"

Normally in situations like this I would ask the editor(s) who added the works, but since these were added by CarlDennis, that's not possible...
