- Singers and songwriters from Chester, Pennsylvania. The group consisted of sisters, Dux and Julie DeGiovanni, who were inspired by the success of fellow Chester residents, The Four Aces, to enter the music business. Their success in 1954 with their recording, "No More," in turn inspired the Bonnie Sisters to start their musical careers. On signing with OKeh Records in 1953, Dux and Julie anglicized their surname and began their recording career.
