This one is a bit a problem: Bert Kaempfert Now!

On the sleeve the performer is "Bert Kaempfert"... but I'm not sure this makes sense? Should I set it by "& Orchestra" instead?

You could do that, but when the new artist identity is introduced, you'll need to change it again.
