Brother Williams - Right On Brother/Cold Sweat

This was released on the obscure Florida-based Saadia records. (7386).

Problem is I can't find the release year. Even the liner notes of a reissue on Jazzman can only tell me Saadia was founded in the late 1960s. Anyone have a clue?
