This Philly Soul gem was covered in Japanese by the Scooters. The description of the YT video gives some interesting background info. Unfortunately, I coudn't find the author(s) of the song.

Tried to pay it forward and took a stab at finding the writer. As I'm sure you already know, it appears that this was unreleased until:

Scanned the YT comments for the various vids, and found nothing useful; however, there's a chance that your song was released on "Gangster Oldies - With Love", which may help out some.

No songwriters are credited on the Dynamite! release (see attachment).....

And the Scooters releases credit the song to "Honey and the Bees".

I'm tempted to add the work as credited to "Unknown" but there are hundreds of "Make You Mine"'s listed in the various PRO's... maybe the right one is hidden somewhere...
