Claude Francois cover of "Diggy Liggy Lo"

Found this while adding an album for another cover that was submitted. The lyrics here appear to be different than the original Cajun French, but I can't figure out who wrote them. None of the versions of the album listed on Discogs include credits, and searching for the song in SACEM hasn't yielded any results (if I search for "diggy liggy" I just get an arrangement, and if I search for the full title I get a message saying the information can't be displayed). An auto-generated video on YouTube credits "Jay Miller" (I'm assuming JD Miller, who wrote the English lyrics).
