"Me Rock-a-Hula" by Bill Haley

Wanted a second opinion on this...

This was submitted as an adaptation/cover of Kaua i ka huahua'i, but it sounds to me like it's mostly an adaptation of My Little Grass Shack in Kealakekua, Hawaii (though a small part is adapted from "Kaua ..."). At one point the Bill Haley song even mentions "goin' back ... little grass shack".

The melody is slightly different than that of "little grass shack", but close enough still that I would consider it a rearrangement rather than an entirely separate melody.

I was the one who submitted this. If I goofed on the identification (I went mostly by the chorus), I'm happy to have the original being adjusted if it hasn't been already.
